Unable to paste content while creating bug type issue

While creating a bug type issue,  I am not able to copy and paste the content. How can I resolve that?

what type of content ? Text or Html ?

I tried to paste content, seems today it is working on a bug issue type. Also I will let you know if I facing the same again with reference video recording.
