Unable to put a filter on one of the customized field

Hi Team,

I have added few options (MVP) to "Project Phase" field but now I am putting filter on project phase field to check which ticket is for MVP but it shows this error.. Could you please help in getting project phase in the filter?

Hi @Lakshmi Kumari 

That appears to be a team-managed project and the Issues list, basic view.  Is that correct?

Are you the only person on your team seeing this symptom or is everyone seeing it?

 

I wonder if there is something "stuck" in the browser page data after the field changes.  Perhaps try these things:

  • refresh the page to clear the missing field error and reload it
  • clear your browser cache, close all browsers, and then open one again to try it
  • try a different browser type
