Unable to reactivate a user account

Hi guys, something wrong that I can't reactivate a user account. I'm the Org Admin and it says I have to contact Org admin to do that?

I've also following this guide https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/deactivate-a-managed-account/

Need help unblocking this.

Hi @Nicko ,

There are a few things to consider here:

  1. If your Org has claimed a domain, and the user you're trying to activate belongs to the same domain, then you need to activate the user via the "Directory"
  2. If your Org has claimed a domain, and the user you're trying to activate belongs to a different domain, then you have to get in touch with the other Org's admins and let them take the same actions as above
  3. If your Org doesn't have a claimed domain, and the user (from your domain) you're trying to activate shows this message, means that someone has claimed that domain and marked that user as Inactive, in this situation is you're the rightful owner of that domain then get in touch with the Atlassian Support for more information.
  4. If your Org doesn't have a claimed domain, and the user (not from your domain) you're trying to activate shows this message, then it's the same as Step 2
