Unable to remove Product Discovery license

I am Site Admin and Org Admin of our company and i have been assigned Jira Product Discovery license and there is no way i can remove it myself.

Here is the error message.

This user is an organization administrator and their privileges cannot be modified.

This error appears when you try to modify something for another Org Admin. Like you have the same rights and permissions, you can't delete some right for him. 

You therefore have two options: the first is to demote all Org Admins in order to manage their licenses (same steps for giving an Organisation role and for removing it).

The second is to manage licenses only for other users who are not Org admins.

Grant another user the Org Admin role and then that user can try removing you. 

To give someone an organization admin role:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Directory > Users.

3. Find a user, then select their avatar or Show details.

4. From the 3 dot icon at the top of the page, select Assign organization role.

5. Select Assign role to confirm.
