Unable to see Email Notification option while bulk edit

Hi 

I have a user with Project Administrator permissions. 

When he tries to make a bulk operation all users are getting notified because he is unable to opt out(No option) the email notification while doing bulk operations. 

Is there any way he can opt out of the email notification while doing bulk operation?

you could disable "Send mail for this update" on bulk edit operation
