Unable to see SVN commits under Subversion tab

Need Help!!

We are getting below error under subversion tab in JIRA,

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.plugin.ext.subversion:subversion-commits-tabpanel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

What does the application log say the problem is? ( <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log ).

Are you using the right version of the add-on for your version of Jira?
