Unable to see a repo in repository dropdown while creating branch from Jira ticket

We have Github integrated with Jira, however when we are trying to create a branch from jira ticket using the option (Create Branch) from development panel. After clicking create branch am unable to find repository in the dropdown.

Please help on this,
