Unable to see an issue after being moved into a Sprint

We are using a support escalation board to triage issues before assigning them to another board.  I have been asked to find a way to assign issues from Board A to Board B without re-keying them. 

If I take an issue in SEB (Support Escalation) and add it to the Sprint in FEB (Front End), the ticket doesnt show in the active Sprint on that board but does show as being part of the sprint on SEB.   

 

Does anyone know how to get the item to show on the board for the Sprint it is assigned to?

Hi,

 

Check your Filter Query for FEB board. It could give you thoughts why the issue is filtered out by the FEB board.

Hello, I have checked the filter and tried this across different boards with the same result.  The filter is setup to show anything in the Front End Board (FEB) but does not show the issue added to the Sprint from Support Escalations (SEB).   It does however show the issue on the Front End Board as being tied to the Sprint in Support Escalation.
