Unable to see my Project while creating Issue

while i am creating  Issue -->Projects drop down i an unable to find my project.it showing other projects.

How can i get the project.

Check the permission scheme - you need to have "Create issue" permission or the project won't appear.

Please also make sure that your user has "browse project" permission under the Global Permission Page.
