Unable to see "Anyone" user group in Permission Schemes

What am I trying to do? I am creating a project for our B2B customers to be able to report bugs or issues

I understand the way to achieve this by adding "Create Issue" permission in the permission scheme associated to this particular project

1. I went to Permission Schemes under this project
2. I copied existing permission scheme to create a new "Custom" permission scheme
3. In this custom scheme, I clicked on "Permissions" option
4. Within Permissions screen, I tried both "Grant Permission" button at top left as well as "Edit" on Create Issue permission
5. Neither options list "Anyone" under the Grant To list. Below are the user groups I see (Project Role, Application access, GroupUser, custom field value, Service Desk Customer - Portal Access, Reporter, Current assignee, Single user, Project lead, Group custom field value).. but no "Anyone"

What am I missing?

Hi Deepak,

There are a couple of ways you can do that now as the Anyone option is no longer valid.

One is to select Group and then choose the jira-users group under that.

Or the second is to do what Hazwan suggested and use Goup - Public.

I guess a third option would be to select project role and choose a project role such as Users that is populated with the jira-users group. Round about way of doing the samething.
