Unable to see stories in advanced roadmaps

Matthieu Negrier January 25, 2023

Hello everyone,

I created a plan that exposes a custom hierarchy (Initiative - Legend - Epic - Story - SubTask) from Initiative to Story in the roadmap .

I'm able to see all issues and hierarchy correctly except when the type is a Story. When I create such items, a notification says that they cannot be shown in the roadmap because they are missing information without saying what exactly. Oddly enough, I have no problem seeing other issues at the same level like Improvement, New feature and custom types.

Thanks for your help.

I've just found the solution :-)

The Story was the only type of that level listed in the exclusion rules of data source of the Plan. Removing it from the exclusion list made the Stories visible in the roadmap.
