Unable to select Issues as bulk - there is no such option in the project
Hi,
Based on how my project was set up (I inherited it), there is no "Issues" menu item on the left side. All I want to do is move all issues from the project to another project. Since I don't have the Issues menu item, I am unable to select items in bulk. I don't see anywhere in the settings where I can change that. (see attached)

"Issues" on a project is now a feature which you can activate if you go to project settings > features (turn it on).
If you have the bulk change global permission you can:
- Go to advanced issue search
- Search for all issues of THAT project
- Click the Bulk Change option
