One of our users is unable to select user names from multi-select custom field. There is a lock icon next to the field. She is the Project Lead and Admin. This is a required field so she's unable to move forward.
We had this same issue before, but I can't remember how I resolved it and can't find anything in documentation.
This is time-sensitive, so any quick fix is welcome!
