Unable to set reporter ID using jira API

Hi,

I'm able to get create issues and comments but unable to set reporter id of that ticket using my jira cloud API.

Plesae suggest some help. I'm stuck on my this issue.

Hello @muhammad 

The answer is right there, in the error message... you don't have permission to do that.

You need Modify Reporter permissions within that project to be able set the reporter of an issue to anyone other than you.

Also, you asked the same question here in another group. Please don't cross post your questions.
