Unable to submit an Issue – "Intake is not submitted successfully with an error displayed in Confluence" –

• In this case, when the user is trying to raise an issue normally, it shows an error to the user that the issue is not submitted "Unexpected error while saving the record".
• When the user again submits the intake after logging out from the Confluence, he/she is able to submit as anonymous.

Hi @Tarun Attaluri ,

have you tried to look into confluence logs? It is very hard to determine, what's going on based only on this information, but I believe in the logs you find more detailed error message.
