Hi everyone,
while most of the people using our Jira Software Cloud instance are able to tag others in comments etc. some ofm our employees are unable to tag others.
I didn't find any possibility in the settings, where I could enable tagging people and for most of our employees it works, while nothin was changed in the settings of the accounts that are unable to tag people.

Edit: Found the solution by myself. Just had to set some global permissions to browse users and groups for the affected users.
