Unable to transfer my products

Hello, When trying to transfer all products from our old organization to our new organization, we get an error message "Failed to perform action at this time. Please try again later."

In our new organization, the Users list and Groups list are under the Directory tab. I guess this indicates that transferring products is disabled. Can someone please help? Many thanks in advance!Screenshot 2022-01-04 at 17.52.21.png

Hi @Maria Enge ,

This seems like an issue with the "improved user management" experience. 

Transferring products won’t work in the improved user management experience.

From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, if the Users list and Groups list are under the Directory tab, you have the improved user management experience and transferring products is disabled. Contact Support to transfer your products to another organization or add a new product to your organization.

 

Atlassian Support should be able to assist with this. Refer: Transfer all products to another organization you administer

Hi @Utkarsh Agarwal, Thanks for your quick reply! Unfortunately, if you use Jira Free, you can't contact support directly. I hope it works this way too!
