Unable to update License for Jira Software 8.2.3

Hi Folks,

I have Jira Software 8.2.3 installed with Starter License.

The license has expired and I have purchased the license and wanted to update the license key, but when I check Administration --> Versions & Licenses --> License Key.. there is no update option.

All I have  is Delete icon, which will remove the existing(expired) license key. I Do not see pencil icon to update the license key.

Another update is I do see a warning message "JIRA Software is licensed but not currently installed", Is this causing the license key not to be updated ?

Please let me know how can I update my new license key .

And how to fix the warning message, all the posts for this warning message are for versions 7.x.

Can you please attach a screenshot?

Is there an "install" button where it says that "Jira Software is licensed but not currently installed."? Click install.
