Unable to update create branch in Jira

Hi team,

One of my user agent Deepak_patl@peel-works.com unable to update the field create a branch, as  user clicks on to create a branch, created a new branch in the bit bucket and start to work, the branch is not set, again UIshows create branch option. kindly guide for the same

Is this works from Bitbucket UI ? 

If so, let's revoke his Oauth token and reproduce with new token
