We are currently experiencing issues when trying to upload files.
The error message says "We could not connect to the file storage service. Please try again in a moment."
It has been like this for over an hour and is the same for any kind/size of file we try to upload. Is this a general issue? Our storage capacity is 250GB and we still have 164 available.
Can someone please advise what should be done in this case?

I am also not able to add attachments to tickets. This is preventing me from doing my job as well. Please advise.
