I am not able to attach the screenshots or videos in to my JIRA ticket. It is throwing an error like " File XYZ was not uploaded. An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator."
Note: I can copy and paste the images. But cannot upload by browsing

Are you trying to upload the attachment by opening new window ? -- Do not use new window. Try uploading using same window.
If your jira instance is on Server/Data center, -- Please retry the action and look for log message in <JIRA_HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log which comes when you try to attach file.
Check these two. -- permissions on attachments directory inside Jira_Home for user who is running the jira process. -- Disk space available on Jira Home disk
