Whenever we follow the CMDs and place the outcome into our XML file we relaunch JIRA through the web and it's asking to set up our Jira from scratch all over again. (Super weird) But it also won't let us use an existing DB with data in it. So we place a brand new and empty DB and We notice it now says JIRA CORE on the top left corner of the webpage. Which we never installed and don't even have licensing for...... Does ADVANCED ENCRYPTION not work with Jira software 8.3? We need this in order to become NIST compliant.
