After change the filters on Dashboard I try to use the SAVE button but nothing happens and no error message. I'm in the admin group in Global Administrator.
The "save" button only works when the query is valid (irrespective of the results - could be 0, 1 or many issues), and you have the permission to edit it.
Does the query work for you?
Yes....I try in different browsers with the same problem.

Did you try to re-produce in different browsers? Is there any error in browser console log? Also, is there a specific error in server log files? Is it applicable for all users?
