Unable to view Sub-Tasks in Story

Hi Does anyone know how i can fix this issue?

When sharing a link to my story & it's sub-tasks. my colleagues are able to properly see all related Subtasks linked to the story as per below.

But when i open the same Url link instead i am unable to see my Subtasks

Hope someone would have experienced this before and provide a fix.
I have checked all the access & board configuration that I'm aware of with my team and it is all the same so I'm unsure what I have missed out.

Maybe try in another broswer or incognito to see if this is a browser issue.

Yup i have tried this in Google chrome & Microsoft Edge, the same issue persists.

My colleague has no issues viewing it.

Really odd.

Are you able to access an subtask directly?

Yup, i am able to access the Sub-Task directly.

Odd Behaviour is that if i were to access my main story via a seperate parent link i am able to see the sub task.

But if i were to directly jump to the url of my story i would then be unable to see it.

Would prefer to be able to access my story and see all my sub-tasks.
