Unable to view project settings even when logged in as the site admin

Hi ,

I am the organization and site admin of our JIRA cloud instance and have recently noticed that I can no longer view the Project settings of our software projects. Please, can anyone help?

Can you view other projects settings (Like Jira Service Desk and Business Project)?

Hello Fadoua,

I've figured out what the error was. Somehow site admin group was removed from the Organisation section. I've added this back in and can see the project settings.
