Hi there,
Some jira users are reporting that when they open a testcase to view its 'Test details' (the part where the test steps should be visible) is appearing blank for them
They also reported that when they 'execute' a testcase, the page which is supposed to show up is appearing completely blank for them.
If it were a permissions/rights issue, it would have happened for everyone, but it is only happening for a select few.
Assuming it is a browser version issue, I had a screen sharing session with a user and his edge browser version was different than mine. (I can see everything correctly) I asked him to update it, and clear cache to login to Jira again, but even that didn't resolve the issue.
Any thoughts or solutions?
A colleague of mine found the solution:
Allow 3rd part cookies in the cookies and permission settings of the browser should resolve this.
And it did for our said users.
I am closing this thread by myself because I found the solution.
Yes I got the solution.
Just Allow the 3rd party cookies in the browser and restart.
It will work

Can you confirm if this issue is occurring on a different browser like Chrome also?

Hi,
Yes most of the times users complained that zephyr won't load or is too slow when used on Chrome, so we have always recommended them to switch to edge or mozilla firefox.
Although now I think, it might just be the cookies and permissions issue on any and every browser.
Thanks

same issue with me as well and it doesn't get resolved by allowing third party cookies etc.
