Uncheck "include Sub-Tasks" as the default

The current Time Tracking column has the 'Include Sub-Tasks' checked as default. We have a requirement that it should default to false (unchecked). I noticed a similar question has been asked 8 years ago and not seeing a clear/updated answer or solution.

I agree with you! Atlassian's solution -> yet another app on marketplace with 1$ per user per month :angry: !!!

@Tyler Simecek There is no way to change this default.  I also searched the feature requests and did not find one for this issue.  I would suggest submitting a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa so individuals can vote on it.
