Since yesterday we notice a strange behaviour in our jira-production.
Sub-tickets are shown doubled in subtasks panel under parent ticket.
It seems that jira points to the same issue twice.
Odd! Two for the price of one. :-) Perhaps try re-indexing your instance.

I have tried re-indexing and integrity nothing found and still same problem.
