Uninstalled app TestRail for JIRA Test Management and new install TestRail

Hey!
I have a problem with re-installing the TestRail app for Jira. After uninstalling, I can't find the TestRail installation block in the Jira.

I need to re-install this app, how can I do that?

While going through the logs, yes i can see the app was installed and uninstalled.

In this marketplace URL https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213701/testrail-integration-for-jira?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview it shows only DC/Server app but for cloud it's not appearing. Not sure what could be the reason. But when we check in marketplace it is mentioned contact vendor for cloud supported app.

From this URL https://www.gurock.com/testrail/docs/integrate/tools/jira/cloud/ they have mentioned the same like app should be there for Jira cloud also. It's confusing as they have the same steps mentioned for Jira Sever/DC too.

Please try contacting gurock support team to get the information on plugin.

Welcome to Atlassian Community !!

From Atlassian Marketplace I could see that "TestRail Integration for Jira" is app supported only for Data Centre/ Server variants of Jira.

You are using Jira Cloud, Hence you cannot find in the search and cannot upload and install also. Having said these we are not sure how did you get to install it in the first place ? Is it a different app ?
