I have a Created vs Resolved widget with unresolved issues trend at the bottom. Number of unresolved issues is 9 (screenshot)
If click "View in Issue navigator" (screenshot) and count issues with "Unresolved" in Resolution field manually the number is 31 (screenshot)
And it's expected to have 31 unresolved issues.
Question: why number of unresolved issues is not expected (31) in the unresolved chart? Do I treat the visualization in this trend in a wrong way?
We use JIRA 7.10 server version.
I see the same problem with our dashboard gadget.
Our gadget is showing, for example, the number of issues Created vs. Resolved in the last 7 days.
When I click on the 'View in Issue Navigator', the number of issues displayed is hugely incorrect.
The only way for me to get the Navigator results to be correspond to the gadget is to manually change the JQL used by adding 'and created >= -7d'.
After doing this manual JQL fix, the total issues (shown in the Issue Navigator search results screen) correctly corresponds to the Gadget's total issues.
It seems to me there is a bug in the JQL used by the 'View in Issue Navigator' link.
