Despite all of my settings being American/US all of my dates within JIRA and in exports are displaying in UK format dd/mm/year. I'm not sure where else to look/change as this doesn't seem to be impacting others.

HI @Caitlin Kingsley

I would say you're just lucky!

I would have expected the format of dates to follow your language / location settings, but there are also Date / Time format settings that a Jira admin can update for you;

Change date and time formats

These settings don’t apply to the work item, work item create, list view, edit sprint, board settings, and work item search experiences. To format their dates and times, go to your language preferences.

You customize the way times and dates are presented to users throughout the Jira user interface. When specifying dates and times, they should be based on the Java SimpleDateFormat.

  1. Choose Settings () > System.

  2. Under USER INTERFACE, select Look and feel.

  3. In the Date / time formats section, click the value of the element you want to configure, then update the value as necessary.
