Hello
My client currently gets emails like this when there's an update from Jira
See Figure 1
However in the past, they got updates like this
See Figure 2
I get the updates like Figure 2 however this has impacted everyone for this particular client project only but not for others. Our Jira administrator has said that nothing has changed for the client so we aren't sure why this has happened. Can anyone help?
Thanks
To my knowledge some notifications are sent out immediately, such as a comment being made.
Others are grouped and sent out every couple of minutes, such as field value or status changes.
And as @Sebastian Krzewiński is touching on, there are "customer" notifications and "agent" notifications. These have different layouts and can trigger for different reasons.
You can see these pages for more information:
Agent notifications
Configure notification schemes | Atlassian Support
Customer notifications
Set up notifications for your customers and team | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

Hi @Daniel.Tan
It looks like clients account have assigned license and get internal mails. Also you can ask atlassian support (https://support.atlasssian.com) about this. Maybe this is a bug.

Seba
