Update JIRA issue links in Dynamics 365 after JIRA migration

Dear,

We are planning to migrate one JIRA Software project (company-managed type) between 2 Jira instances. Both source and destination instance are in Cloud. We will use "Migrate cloud site" option available under jira/settings/system/general-configuration. 

Currently, links from this project are heavily used in our Dynamics 365. We would like to ensure that after JIRA migration, the links will not be broken and after clicking the link, user will be redirected to the correct JIRA issue. 

We would like to of course avoid manual link correction. Is there any other way to update it?
