We are evaluating Jira Service Desk and would like to be able to update a customer's (user) email address. How do we do this? Thank you!
Hi Alexandra, you should be able to do this from the user management setting in Jira, which can be found at <base-url>/secure/admin/user/UserBrowser.jspa. You should then be able to click Edit and change their email/username.
Thanks, however this isn’t an option in Jira Service Desk?? I should’ve specified... if they are installed on the same Jira Core (currently are not), does that change things?
