Update a custom field without being Admin

Hi,

I asked if there is a possibility to can update a custom field in Jira server without being an admin; is there any plugin that provide to a user not an admin to do it ?

If you are looking for a cloud solution still, we have developed a plugin that allow normal jira users to manage options of their respective fields without Jira admin permissions: Options Manager for Jira

In Methoda we created an add-on that allows non-admins to add/edit and control custom fields, values and screens. It's easy to use and user friendly.

Not out of the box. I'm not aware of any plugin that would allow you to do that.  Since custom fields can be used by any issue or project only an administrator should be allowed to make sure no other project will be impacted.
