Update date field based on other fields

Hey guys,

I want to insert date to a custom field (doesn't matter if it's date or text field).

The new date should be based on the current date + X days (based on a single select field).

For example:

Option A was selected on single select field >> Date would be today+60 days

Option B: Date would be today+50 days

And so on...
