Update default groups for existing members Confluence AD

Hi 

We currently have a setup of AD  to Crowd to Confluence. 

We are trying to remove Crowd from this equation.

I have set up the LDAP with the same schema as we have in Crowd, and with read-only with local groups enabled (read/write is not an option we can use).

One issue we are having is that I need to be able to add all users to the confluence-users local group. But as the default membership option only applies to new users, setting confluence-users as a default group doesn't apply this retroactively.

Is there a way I can make all members of a certain group members of confluence-users?
