Is there any simple way to update h2 dependency used by amps when it is launching a jira on atlas-run or atlas-integration-test? 

Version of h2 used as a datasource for JIRA (1.4.185) has a nasty bug when interpreting some SQL queries. I would like to use a newer version in my tests.
