Update lastViewed Field

Hi,

There is lastViewed field that is being updated when issue is opened in a browser. One can later use this field to order filter results.

In my JIRA client app I'd like to be able to update this field when user opens an issue. However, I couldn't find anything in official REST API documentation.

Is that possible with current, 6.x JIRA REST API ?

I short, you want to update the field using REST? See https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/#d2e1209

But this will work only if the field is there in Edit screen. I am not sure about calculated fields. Worth a try.
