Update multiple JIRA macros in Confluence at once?

Hi,

we have a template with 8 Jira Macros in Confluence. At the moment we are updating each macro one by one each time with the correct JIRA link we are using this template. 

Is there a way to just put the correct Jira link just once and the macros get the correct link automatically? Like maybe a field, or a cross reference between macros?
