Update past 24 hours issues status in Jira cloud dashboard

Needs to update past 24 issues status, if any issue is re-assigned get these information aslo

Assignee and status are two of the handful of fields the "changed" JQL operator currently works with.  So you can do stuff like

status CHANGED BEFORE endOfWeek() AFTER startOfWeek()

assingee CHANGED AFTER -1d

need 24 hours information and if the issue re-assigned this to be populate in the dashboard.
