Update to global issue type description not reflected in project settings

Hey,

Issue type descriptions that have been edited via admin don't appear to be updated in a projects settings.

Using JIRA cloud, the "Task" issue type description is "<description A>". I have edited the description (In Admin > Issue Types, Task > Edit to "<description B>" but when I go to a project that uses this issue type as part of it's issue type scheme (and refresh), the description still has "<description A>"

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
