We have noticed that Updated Date in Issue Filter is not updating even though the ticket is updated.

The Update Date in the ticket is updating properly but the same is not reflecting in the Issue filters.

Client users are confused as the issue filters are got getting updated even though the ticket is updated.

We have noticed this issue under Jira version 6.4.12 , Please let me know what is the solution for this.Capture_issue_list.JPGjira1.JPG

hi @ION Information Systems

the first thing i have noticed is that the comment you highlighted in the second screen shot says Internal. by any chance does that comment posted for internal users only?

If so , it is obvious that client users doesn't get the update. but still i guess update date should be updated. mostly this could be a issue specific to your instance. in this case Atlassian support should be able to sort this out for you.

Hi @ION Information Systems,

In the last version of Jira this not happens when you added a comment on an issue the updated date is updated too.

May can be something like this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-36334

Can you upgrade your Jira instance?

Cheers,

Adrián.
