Good Morning
We have recently updated or pre prod system to Jira V9.0.0. We are testing the system, however have noticed that the Incoming mail is no longer working.
We have tested the mail server and it is connecting successfully, however when we teste the mail server, it says there are no mail items in the inbox, however there are.
Not sure if there is somethine in the back ground that is stoping the connection?
