Updated values of Assignee and Security Level fields are not appearing on view screen.

hello,

I tried to set Assignee and Security Level field in my create listener. Updated values are appearing in the History but not on view screen.

Configured all screens, issue security scheme, permission schemes for Security Level field to appear on view screen.

how to make the updated values of assignee and security level fields to appear on view screen. please suggest me

Sounds like an index issue. For updates to the issue make sure your create listener uses the issue object from the event provided to the method. Don't get a new issue object.
