Updated workflow and now I cannot see backlog? All I want is to be able to reopen a issue!

I updated my workflow and now I can no longer see my backlog. All I want to do is keep the default flow and be able to reopen a issue after it is closed.

Joanne, 

Perhaps you could share a screenshot of the board configurations and the workflow? Is it a scrum board, or a Kanban board? Have you made sure that your statuses are all mapped to the columns? If you could provide a bit more information I'm sure someone will be able to help.
