Updating JIRA account with license information

rmanwani_tatapowersed_com October 7, 2020

We started using JIRA on trial license of 10 users 3 years ago. Then, subsequently we purchased 100 users commercial license. When I login to atlassian account, I am seeing 10 starter licenses but not the commercial licenses purchased. How can I update this information?

The account that bought the 100 user licence will need to add your account as a technical or billing administrative account to the site.

The commercial licenses were purchased through Atlassian partner not directly from Atlassian. What atlassian partner should do to get it into my account ?

Add you as a technical or billing contact.

Hi @rmanwani_tatapowersed_com ,

my.atlassian.com of the technical contact will display commercial license keys. Are you a technical contact? The technical contact should be able to see the license key and then the jira admin can update the license key in the url

<yourinstanceURL>/plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses
