Hi team!
I've received a request to change a customer URL, and came across the following KB Article: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/update-a-product-url/
With that, a couple questions showed up:
1) Let's assume my company is named jedi, and I'd like to use the URL jedi.atlassian.net. Let's also assume this URL is used but, with it's products suspended due to subscription not renewed.
Is there any way to know if/when this URL will be available again?
2) Other scenario. URL is used, but, by someone who created a personal instance and it's part of my company. Which would be the best way to make this URL available with minimum impact and no data loss, if possible of course.
