Hello all,
I recently started a new position and they use JIRA Service Desk, Software, BitBucket and Confluence. The plan is to update them from the current build to the newest.
Do we have to update core first, then the other two? When I look at Applications > Versions & Licenses, I don't see core, but I do see JIRA Service Desk and JIRA Software.
I have the latest versions downloaded (exe file), if I update one, will it update the one application + core? Then I just update the next application?
Can the same process to update the SD and Software be applied to BitBucket and Confluence as well?
@Nate Christensen, If you have Jira Software don't work about the Jira Core. Jira Core is a part of Software. Service desk is an addon much like Portfolio. So you want to upgrade Jira Software and then all add-ons including Service Desk. I would then upgrade either Bitbucket or Confluence depending on the usage. Do the more heavily used/critical one first.

Upgrade Confluence:
