Upgrade JIRA 4.4.3 to JIRA 5.0.5

I want to upgrade JIRA 4.4.3 to JIRA 5.0.5.i want installation steps and and how do i get backup of jira 4.4.3 and how do i put this in JIRA 5.0.5.Please share the document and upgradation steps.please take this on high priority and also please share me the steps what are the difficulties in doing so and share me disadvantages of JIRA 5.0.5
